【禁闻】暗批胡温？朱�基讲话�被消失�

【新唐人2011年9月10日讯】中共前总理朱�基就任和卸任前的讲话，被《南方周末》
用3个版本刊登在9月8号的报纸上，标题影射性强，网友认为，文章是在暗批胡温。当
天，有市民购买报纸后发现缺了B版，有关朱�基讲话的版面全部被抽掉。专家认
为，中共体制下，党性高于人性，最高权力者即使怀有一点善良的本性，也难以发
挥，民众不应再对中共体制下的领导人抱有幻想。

9月8号，《朱�基讲话实录》一书在中国大陆上市，同一天，《南方周末》用三个版面
刊发两篇文章，内容是书中朱�基在1998年和2003年的部分讲话内容。

两篇文章的标题分别是《如果本届政府都是�好好先生�，我们就对不起人民》，以及
《如果不去关心人民的疾苦，我当什么总理》。

有媒体报导认为，标题影射性太强，如�本届政府�是指哪届政府？而�好好先生�又
是指谁？同时，内容又多是痛批政府官员廉洁问题，刺激了当今中共官场的贪腐问题。
不少网民揣测《南周》有意暗批现任的温家宝总理。

9月8号北京报摊上，�南方周末�版面第二摞B叠被留置，这两篇文章的三个整版全被
抽掉，直到下午才补上。

《联合新闻网》表示，这前所未有的动作显示，北京在中共十八大前的权力斗争和政权
维稳，已上紧发条。

�南加州大学�公共政策博士叶科认为，中共的党性与斗争哲学不会改变，即使最高领
导者有为民谋福利的想法，一旦违反党的利益，也都将成为泡影。

叶科：�因为共产党它那个哲学基本上是斗争哲学，只要一看到有大的团体、独立的团
体，或者不同的声音它一定是要打击的，就是灌输党性，扭曲人的思维、毁灭传统的价
值。你觉得一个人那么有热血的时候，作为一个总理那么有权力的时候，可是你竟然不
能按照自己的意志去为老百姓做几件事情。�

美国南卡罗来纳大学艾肯商学院谢田教授也认为，中共体制下各任总理都难有作为。

谢田：�事实上在中共党性高于人性上，实际上他仅有的一点人性或善良的本性，也没
能够真正的发挥出来，我觉得我们不需要再为任何中共的一些元首，对他们抱有幻想。
总理温家宝也是一样，我想他也无意真正去反抗中共的专制，也不会同这个体制决裂。

朱�基近年陆续授权出版�答记者问�与�讲话实录�，媒体认为，他是有意为他总理
任内的各项政策作辩护，因为，在他五年总理任期内，与中共前总书记江泽民的互
动，经常受到阻碍，朱�基的诸多政策理念也没得到充分支持。

叶科：�中国社会现在很多困境、很多问题、很多悲剧的原因，我觉得这根本上怎么说
都是共产党这个体制所造成的，所以必须从那开始改变，这中国社会才会有好的改
变，不然的话谁也没有办法。�

叶科博士推荐中共官员看《九评共产党》，他说，从中他们可以更清楚自己的处境和出
路。

Zhu Rongji's Missing Speech

The speech of the ex-Premier Zhu Rongji of the ChineseCommunist Party (CCP)
was quoted in Southern Weekendon September 8, in 3 separate versions, which
netizens believewas done made to satirize Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao.The
second day, people found that all of Zhu Rongji's speecheswere missing from
the newspaper.It appears that the CCP always puts its Party interests
before theChinese people, consequently,even the head of the CCP who may
have a conscience,he can barely exert it to benefit the people.The Chinese
people should not continue to have illusions aboutthe CCP's leaders.

The book, "Zhu Rongji's Remarks," made its debutin China on September 8,
the same day thatthe Southern Weekend published three versions of two
articlesquoting Zhu Rongji's speeches made in 1998 and 2003.The titles of
the two articles are:

"With All Members of This Government Being Mr. Good,We Are Then Sorry to
the People,"and "If I did not Care for People's Conditions,how can I Remain
the Premier?"Some media suggest that the title is somewhat misleading,like
what exactly is "this government"?With most of the content of the Southern
Weekend being fullof articles condemning political corruption in the
CCP,netizens think that the newspaper purposefully criticized Wen.

The Southern Weekend did not change its layouton September 8,yet Zhu's two
articles were taken out and did not reappearuntil later that same
afternoon.Taiwan's United Daily News said that

this move is a sign that in Beijing, the CCP factions havebegun to
intensify their fight before the 18th People's Congress.Ke from the
University of Southern Californiasaid that the CCP can never change its
communistand bellicose nature,so even though a particular leader may have
the heartto serve the people,he will be in direct conflict with the Party's
interests,thus he will follow the CCP's wishes."Ye Ke: "CCP's principle is
based on a fighting philosophy.

Once they encounter a notably big group, or independentideology that holds
different views than the CCP;it will try to crush it by cramming its own
Party philosophydown people's throats,distorting people's logic and
destroying traditional values.

Even a powerful and enthusiastic premiercannot do something for his own
people!"Professor Xie Tian from the Aiken Business School of SouthCarolina
University said thatthe CCP system has made it hard for every CCP premierto
act on behalf of the people."Xie Tian: "As the CCP always puts itself
before the people,

even if some officials do have a good conscience,they will not be able to
demonstrate it.It's a waste of time and effort to pin one's hopeon the
CCP's heads.Even for Premier Wen, I assume he is unwillingto resist the CCP
system, or to break free from it.The Zhu Rongji's Remarks articles contains
importantspeeches, articles and letters during his term as thevice-premier
of the State Department and the CCP's premier.

It is said his newly published, "Answering the Reporters" and"The Dialogue
Memoir" were written to justify the policieshe made during his term,
knowing that he was impededevery so often during his five-year termby the
then-CCP leader, Jiang Zemin, with most of his policyideas being thwarted
and left unfinished.Ye Ke: "The CCP is the core problem behind the
existingsocial problems and countless tragedies,which can only be addressed
when the CCPmakes a fundamental change."Ye Ke highly recommended that CCP
officials read the"The Nine Commentaries on the Chinese Communist Party"in
order to better understand the correct path to take.
