【禁闻】谷歌遭黑客「钓鱼」 美：战争行为

【新唐人2011年6月3日讯】谷歌发表声明，近日，数百人的电子邮件帐户遭黑客入
侵，其中包括美国高级官员、记者和中国政治活动人士。谷歌表示，窃取谷歌电子邮件
帐户用户密码的计划，起源于中国东部济南市，黑客用的是一个叫做"钓鱼"的病毒获取
信息。美国认为，网络攻击「是战争行为」。请看报导。

网路业巨擘谷歌公司（Google）6月1号透露，黑客试图�入数百名谷歌邮件使用者的私
人账户。这些使用者中有美国政府高级官员，以及中国人权活跃份子和记者。

谷歌网络安全负责人格罗斯(Eric Grosse) 在网上一份声明中表示，最近发现黑客通过
"网络钓鱼"(phishing)的骗术，搜集很多相关的关键词。

"网络钓鱼"是通过大量发送声称来自于银行，或其他知名机构的欺骗性垃圾邮件，意图
引诱收信人给出敏感信息（如用户名、口令、帐号ID 、 ATM PIN码或信用卡详细信息
）。

最典型的"网络钓鱼"攻击方式，是将收信人引诱到一个与发送邮件者组织非常相似的「
钓鱼网站」上，这个网站可以获取收信人在这个网站上输入的个人敏感信息，通常，这
个攻击过程不会让受害者警觉。它是"社会工程攻击"的一种形式。

谷歌发言人证实，黑客攻击美国敏感邮箱的目地，是监视信息的内容。攻击美国敏感邮
箱的黑客来自中国济南。

不过谷歌表示，这个黑客行动已经被截获和打断。同时通知了受影响的谷歌邮件使用者
和相关政府部门。

对此，美国国防部透露，美国将公布计划，准备把「网络攻击」视作「战争行为」。

几天前，几家美国国防工业承包商，包括洛克希德．马丁公司的网络，也遭黑客入侵。
洛克希德．马丁公司和其他承包商存有的资料，包括美国未来武器的发展，以及美国目
前在伊拉克和阿富汗使用的军事技术。黑客攻破了他们的安全防护。

尽管美国国防部和洛．马公司对这一问题保持沉默，但美国媒体和部分网民仍将目标指
向中国（共），《华盛顿邮报》、福克斯新闻网都表态认为，按照「以往的惯例」，此
类黑客案的「首要怀疑目标是中国（共）」。

美国官员强调，如果美国关键的电脑网络遭到攻击，美国总统将可以考虑经济制裁、网
络报复攻击或者军事打击。

另据BBC中文网的报导，德国计划在今年建立一个「国家网络防卫中心」，以应付政府
机构不断遭受的网络攻击。

德国内政部发言人帕里斯5月27号曾经表示，德国作为一个工业化国家，技术发展很先
�，因此对于网络攻击者来说，是一个很有吸引力的目标。德国政府在2009年只记录了
900次网络攻击，而在2010年上半年已经记录了1600次电子攻击，此外还有大量没有记
录在案的攻击。他说：「绝大多数网络攻击源自中国。」

中国境内的黑客，去年对谷歌发动了一场更加广泛的网络攻击。加上北京政府严格控制
互联网内容，人权组织谴责中国（共）对亲反对派的活动人士�行审查。

Google Hacked: Act of War

Google recently announced that, hundreds of itse-mail accounts were hacked,
using virus "phishing,"including those of senior U.S. officials,
journalists,and Chinese activists. Google said the campaign tosteal users'
passwords originated from Jinan, China.The U.S. says the cyber attack may
be "an act of war."

Google revealed on June 1, that hackers attemptedto enter hundreds of
users' private email accounts.These users include senior U.S.
officials,Chinese human rights activists, and journalists.

Eric Grosse, head of Network Security at Google,said in an online statement
that it recently discoveredthat hackers used "phishing" to collect keywords.

"Phishing" is sending a large number of spam emails,from supposedly
reputable organizations, in order tolure the recipient into giving out
sensitive informationsuch as user names, passwords, and credit card details.

The most typical "phishing" attack involves luringthe recipient to a
similar "phishing website." This sitewill then capture the info entered in
by the users.Usually this attack process does not alert the victims.It is a
form of "social engineering attacks."

A Google spokesman explained that the purpose ofthe hack was to monitor
email messages.The hackers are said to originate from Jinan, China.

Google said they interrupted the hackers' attackthen notified the affected
Google Mail usersand relevant U.S. government departments.

The U.S. Defense Department said the U.S. wouldtreat this "cyber attack"
as "an act of war."

Several U.S. defense industry contractors' network,including Lockheed
Martin, were hacked recently.The firms possess sensitive info on U.S.
defense.The contractors said hackers broke their security.

Some U.S. media and netizens accused China.Washington Post and Fox News
said that it is"common practice," in such hacking attacks,to point the
finger at the Chinese authorities.

U.S. officials stressed, if key networks are attacked,U.S. president would
consider economic sanctions,cyber revenge, or military attacks.

According to BBC China, Germany plans to establisha "National Cyber Defense
Center" in 2011, to dealwith the cyber attacks on government organizations.

On May 27, German Interior Ministry spokesman,Paris, said, "Germany has
advanced technology,thus, it is a very attractive target of cyber
attacks."The German government recorded only 900 attacksin 2009, but a
massive 1,600 digital attacks in thefirst half of 2010. There are also a
large numberof undocumented attacks. He said, "the vast majorityof attacks
were from China."

Hackers in China launched a more extensive networkattack on Google in 2010.
Human rights groupscondemned the attack and Beijing's censorshipof Chinese
activists, as well as its strict control.

Beijing has not commented on Google's statement.
